I see this all the time in micro NL games, fish playing 72, offsuit or suited, doesnt matter. And then they call down with it, even though they just have a 2 high flush draw!! And when they miss the river, they call a river bet, with 7 HIGH! I can never tell if they think it's not a bad hand or if they are decent players trying to do some advertisisng or what....but geez, it's FUNNY

I see this often with really $hitty players.

They call because they "think he's bluffing." However, they fail to realize that they still have to have some sort of a hand in order to beat a bluff.

Funny to watch. And I too wonder to myself, "what the hell are they thinking?" It demonstrates a complete lack of understanding the game.

Yeah, I see some of those hands turned over now and then... it's one of those phrases my friend and I toss back and forth almost every time we discuss poker.
