never had it before.
Any particular brand of bourbon you're fond of? Or just any alcohol is good alcohol? Does it dominte the Eggnog's taste?

Never touch it. Gives me the winds.
I've heard brandy is the booze of choice.

Just finished an eggnog latte, in fact. I love the stuff, alcoholic or not. My uncle makes an evil alcoholic eggnog that RULES.

I got with anything decent, but I don't use the really good sippin' whiskey. That'd be a waste of good whiskey.

Eggnog and vanilla ice cream, 50/50. Add brandy, blender-ize. Delicious.

Eggnog is nasty, the worst is when you buy it in the store and it's got a ton of nutmeg.
Spiced rum.
Better question: Why is the french translation of Eggnog chicken milk?

Its not that hard to make a great egg nog. I found some easy recipe in Smart Money (magazine)- and it was really good.
They use Spiced Rum in the recipe. /images/graemlins/smile.gif
