Looks like it! Although I did see it at BonusWhores as a good working bonus and they know more than I do.

Bonus states that every month you will get 50$ for playing 300 raked hands. Although I played about 400 hands over there and nothing, no bonus credited.

There is absolutely no customer support. Sent about 3 e-mails 2 days ago ano no response whatsoever (not even an automated response, so I don't know If they got the e-mail). There is no information at the homepage about anything. I hate this site.

I've never had any problems with Plex.

The bonus is good and I have got it every month for the past 6 months. The hands don't even have to be raked at Plex. The Crypto sites email support is non-existent, just call. The bonus is good and you don't even have to do anything to do it, just play, it will automatically get credited to your account.

Pokerplex obviously isn’t the biggest operation on the Internet, so the support may not be as slick as at the bigger sites. But this bonus is certainly no scam, or at least it hasn’t been. I’ve have been playing Pokerplex for a little under half a year and have been receiving the bonus without fail.

I haven’t gotten around to clearing it this month yet, so I don’t know if this is just a problem with your account or a general problem.

Sorry I can’t be of more help. Have you tried the phone support? The numbers are on this page: http://www.pokerplex.com/contactus.shtml

Yep, I got mine "instantly" after doing 300 hands.

If your just looking at the Hand History Log as your measuring stick, it won't work.

The hands will have to be raked to count, every now and then they don't get raked.

Also, if you play any SnG's those hands get counting in that Hand History Log, but don't apply to your bonus count.

Generally all the Crypto skins are on the up and up, and my guess is you really haven't hit your raked hands count yet.

That is wrong. The hands doesn't have to be raked on Plex.

I stand corrected. Apparently their website doesn't specify raked hands. Although I suspect their website is out of date on the matter.

Their website still lists that they have an All-in policy that sets you all-in. That's no longer the case, if you don't act in time, your hand is folded.

Anyway - I hope you get your bonus.

Poker Plex still pays out the bonus after 300 hands, raked or not (unless they have just changed this policy this month - which would be news to me). They are the only site I know of that doesn't require a hand to be raked to receive credit towards clearing a bonus.

And I've never had a problem getting the bonus from Poker Plex either, though I'm not finished clearing this month's yet. I agree with other posters that suggest calling them - I seriously don't believe Poker Plex is a scam.

Sometimes the bonus does not attach itself to your account correctly. Go to Cashier, then withdraw. You should see the total available there - either with, or without the bonus. If you have not cleared for some reason, your balance will show $50 more in the total than in what you can withdraw. Otherwise, this usually kicks the cash into your account. I've had to do this a couple times at crypto sites.

On Classic, I once had to go sit at a new game, then leave before taking any money and go to the cashier and try to withdraw to get it into my account. Once on Intertops I had to go to the casino section and log-in and refresh before the (then) $80 kicked in.

Hmm, I hadn't realized Caribbean Sun went to raked hands also, however according to their website, they have indeed. Anyway, I also received the Plex bonus with no trouble this month. Another thing to check for if you're using the hand history thinger is that it shows all hands that you were at the table for, even if you were sitting out or had been waiting until the blinds got around to you, so you might have some extra hands listed there that you didn't actually play in.

How can this company stay afloat if it's just giving so much money away? In my experience elsewhere in life if it sounds too good to be true it probably is. The fact that they're giving away such a crazy bonus might mean they are on their last leg and about to go bankrupt, in which case I think you would lose any money in your account.

The bonus isn't crazy. It's $1 for every 6 raked hands, pretty standard.

I was there for the 1st time this month. I too feel that the bonus was not credited, although they swear it was. As much as I do not see how, I believe that they credited "an" account.

They sweat that it was credited on the 11th. I wrote back saying it was not. They then said it was credited on the 12th. Since I was playing at the time, they said it would not appear. I was playing pound(£) tables at the time and keeping a strict game played count, but I still could see any difference as soon as I was done.

I seriously do not believe that they would internally true to rip me off. I could also be wrong, but I see no record of it. I can interpret the bonus codes.

This could be a pain to do, but if you go through your hand histories, you should be able to figure out how much you won or lost while at the table and compare that number to the amount credited to your account when you left the table. If they credited the bonus, there should be a $50 difference between how much was credited back to your account and how much was debited when you bought into the table plus your win/loss at the table.

You can and should play extra hands - not just cashout after 300 ya know.
