Convergence of BB/Hand values

Do you guys have any idea how many hands it takes BB/hand values to converge to close to their true value? Like how many BB I make on average each time I get ATs, etc. Thanks.

I think it was Bob T that made a post saying that if you played the same way over 100K hands, than your bb/100 would be within 65% certainty.

As I recall somebody was saying 500K to get something around 90-95% certainty.

That's for winrate, apply it to hand values however you want.
