Do the Interpoker bonuses, signup and monthly, clear all at once or in $10 increments or something like that?

all at once. and if you stack them I think they stack the hands requirement and both clear at one time.

They do stack. If you stack two months or more you have to clear the raked hands for each. The each clear separately.
