I think you played it fine. You have at the most 6 outs, which would make the call correct. However, your 3 jacks are worth maybe 2.5 because of the OESD from an T8 being completed. The A may not be good either with people who will stick around with Ax when their x hits, hoping to trap high aces into getting reverse dominated.

I raise this flop. People don't disrespect me by betting into me when I raised PF. You also tell them what your hand is (overcards) if you just call.

You might get a free card on the turn out of it as well, allowing you to at least split this hand.

I'd raise or fold the flop. you're in a bad position and you're barely getting odds to spike a 6-outer. whether you should raise or fold depends on how often you think you're ahead and how many outs you think you have

Why do you think you suck? You raised pre-flop with the probable best hand (obviously correct). The semi-coordinated flop missed you completely, and an early limper leads in to you. You reasonably figure that you have somewhere between 0 and 6 outs. You make a marginal flop call (I would have folded), and when the turn offers no help, you fold. Where's the error here?
