Hey,

I'm thinking of signing up at Eurobet, but would like some feedback.

Is it just like any other Party Skin? Any issues for Americans? Any problems with increased internet delay with them being across the pond? Cashout promptness good? Typical support? I hear they allow rakeback, and that it can be deposited right into the Eurobet account. Anyone confirm?

TIA,
Ben

I play there, poker is the same, they do have asportsbook and casino, I heard some americans cant play I think the sportsbook, but check other older posts on the subject. Cashouts no problem, their cashier is a little different, you have to click the button and a webpage pops up that is secure to the cashier, and cashouts have to go thru the casino then into your account. I have never had a problem with them fwiw.

It has worked fine for me. I have cashed out over 3k twice and it hit Neteller within the hour. IIRC the first cashout previous to these two was a bit slower (don't remember maybe a day or two).

There are no issues for Americans, except they don't let you play their sportsbook. I play there almost exclusively, and have never had any kind of problem with them.

There are 3 seperate accounts for everybody: Sports, Casino, and Poker. For deposits and cashout, you actual transfer money between your sports account, and then have to transfer it into your poker account to play at the tables. Also, any rakeback you set up will get sent into your sports account. I don't think they ALLOW rakeback any more than the other skins, but they don't seem to protest to monthly deposits by another player into your account.

I signed up this past week.

My cashier button does not work. It simply does nothing. In order for me to see my balance I have to navigate to their website or pick a seat at a table and try to sit down then I can see the balance. I was playing mostly SNG's. I have not gotten a singe tournament summary yet. In fact I have not gotten any emails from them at all. Not even when I signed up. Nothing!

I play a number of ring games there and store the HHs locallyl, do they maybe do that with tournament summaries?

I also have never recieved an email from them, everything goes through their internal mail...

to access the cashier, click or right click on the chips at the table and there should be a cashier button...thats what i do and it pulls up a website...

best,
stox.

I don't think they send emails. I asked for a hh once and never got it. I was not too impressed with that, they do store them locally but I was playing on a different computer and didn't feel like emailing them myself.

if you send them an email requesting your HHs be sent to your email, they will change it. The emails are currently going to the mailbox built in to the website.

I recall that HH's stored locally were not complete for SNG and do not load properly into Pokertracker. Did something change?

Cashier thing might be a security / popup blocker issue (cashier opens in a browser and requests your password again - different from other skins).

I think it was said, but you can email them to get HHs sent to your private email. SnG histories from their message box weren't poker tracker compatible.

Also, if the cashier button in the poker app isn't working, I'm pretty sure you can get to the cashier straight through their website (www.eurobetpoker.com)

Tournaments summaries are coming to your E-Message box which is available under your account. There is also E-Message button in poker client to open it.
Locally stored hand histories doesn't include summaries. They could be imported to PokerTracker using Auto-Import window (not by Import window) but they will appear in tournaments list only after saving/importing summaries from your E-Message box. (You need to save them as .txt and then import to PT) Messages in E-Message box include hand histories together with summaries as well. There are some maximum capacity E-Message box have, so don't let it be overloaded.

Is this as simple as copying them from your regular email? If so, sounds just as good as getting them sent to your email. Wanted to check this since I'm looking into opening an account on a Party skin besides the ones I have already, and I don't want to get stuck with one that gives me Pokertracker issues.

Thanks,
UD

fwiw, I had terrible problems with Eurobet tournament summaries and PT. However, I know of several other players who had no problems at all. go figure.

Thanks, Cup. Guess I'll give it a shot, and if it's a nightmare, I'll look for something else.

Ok, started playing sngs on Eurobet. The first day, all the summaries were in the mailbox that's part of their site, downloading them was easy, and they went into Pokertracker without a hitch. Since then, though, I haven't received a single one. I sent them an e-mail through their system about it, and they /images/graemlins/shocked.gif were clueless and referred me to the place in the lobby where you request up to 100 hand histories (obviously useless for tourney history purposes).
I sent a polite response explaining the distinction, but I haven't heard back yet. Has anyone had problems getting the sng histories from other Party skins lately, or this is this just a Eurobet problem?

Hey stox,

They process HH's in a wierd way. If you actually request a history it will get sent to you, but not your email. It gets sent to your eurobet inbox. To access your inbox click on 'E-Message' then click on 'Inbox' on the pop-up window that comes up.

The HH's are nearly the same as party, 'cept after every bet/raise they add a redundant line(which is easy enough to delete manually when putting it into bison's converter). Which is a tad annoying, but its workable and i assume not enough people request HH's from eurobet for it to be worthwhile for bison to fix it.

Cheers.
