Party Poker No-Limit Hold'em Tourney, Big Blind is t200 (5 handed) converter (http://www.selachian.com/tools/bisonconverter/hhconverter.cgi)

MP (t3030)
Button (t2130)
SB (t835)
Hero (t815)
UTG (t1190)

Preflop: Hero is BB with K/images/graemlins/club.gif, T/images/graemlins/spade.gif.
UTG folds, MP folds, Button folds, SB completes, Hero raises to t815 (All-In), SB calls t615.

Flop: (t1630) 4/images/graemlins/heart.gif, 6/images/graemlins/spade.gif, 5/images/graemlins/diamond.gif (2 players, 1 all-in)

Turn: (t1630) 3/images/graemlins/diamond.gif (2 players, 1 all-in)

River: (t1630) T/images/graemlins/heart.gif (2 players, 1 all-in)

Final Pot: t1630

Was this push correct? I figured the SB to be weak when only calling my BB.

I thought my King high to be good against 2 random cards. Was this assumption correct?

Does anyone check here?

Again, Does anyone fold here? I see my only options as being push or fold.

Thanks,

I dont have a problem with either one of these pushes. You are short stacked in both and need some chips. These are as good an opportunity as you might get. I would take a look at how you got so short stacked to begin with. There may have been good opportunities to steal earlier that you missed. I hate to fall below 5bb but sometimes there is not much you can do about it. You might want to post some earlier hands from when you were in the SB and Button and it was folded to you. When the blinds get to 50-100 I try and build my stack or at least keep pace with the field. I think in both these hands you would have gotten the villians to fold if your stack was a little larger.

these both seem fine, but what is the buyin for these tournaments? A 10 dollar I'm guessing?

I like the 2nd one a lot more than the 1st one. I would have to ask myself why the SB, almost as short stacked as me, would be limping against my BB when he'd surely push with any two crappy cards (i.e. when he didn't want a call). However, I may be giving him too much credit.. as the previous poster says, it depends on the buy-in.

Fine for both at any buyin although for different reasons.
