BB seems a little fishy.

Raise this flop and the hand gets a whole lot easier IMO, BB could hold a lot of things here, I could see him completing then betting this flop with JT, KJ, QJ, K9, Kxs, T9s, and maybe even Axs depending on how loose/aggressive they are (as well as hands obviously ahead of you like KT/QT/KQ). If you raise the flop your decisions will get a lot easier on the turn/river.
