I'd probably limp preflop with that, but I don't mid the raise. It likely clears out the blinds, and it exerts authority on the hand.
I don't like the raise of only 120 more into a 280 pot. This board is draw heavyish.
The bet of 200 on the turn is really weak. It makes it look like you are scared of the Ace. Either make it 400 (my preferred option), or check behind and see what happens on the river.
I am not really sure what he could have. I would guess he has something like QJ.
