I'd bet right out on the flop, otherwise I play it the same, unless you have a read on CO as being super passive or tricky - the kind who would limp with KK (which is unlikely, although I've seen it more than a few times).

i tend to slow down on the turn after being raised by a flop capper when i check/3-bet the field on the flop. absent a read. CO could be LAGgy and merely be pissed with you for waking up w/ that 3-bet, but it smells like he's got you beat.

Bet the flop. Half the field has already checked ahead of you and you have no reason to believe that a CR attempt won't whiff. Even if you were the first to act, you should still bet out becasue nobody showed any aggression PF. A whiffed CR would be a disaster. You results on this hand aside, going for a CR in this spot is a huge mistake. You are very lucky you got the action you did.

I'm slowing down when the villan 2-bets the turn; call down from there.
