How do you play this with no reads?

Call, assume you will lose and use the showdown to add some notes about this player. If he was holding an 8 and no hearts and raises when he hits a miracle card on the river... I would add him to my buddy list.

I called and he certainly went on my buddylist after showing me J/images/graemlins/heart.gif2/images/graemlins/heart.gif
