I nominate the USC fight song. God I hate that ... and they play it over and over and over and over (and over and over) ...

Even though I didn't witness it, I think we may have a winner already. God, you remember the exact date? Were you IN the choir?

More specifically, a pitcher's arm cracking as he throws a curveball. They say you can hear the snap in the stands.

I'm sorry. It couldn't have been worse than Carl Lewis singing the national anthem, though.

Could it?

Hahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahaha.
Someone's going to have to stop us from scoring so many touchdowns before we cut back on that.

I mean i like FSU and all, but is the seminole chop and accompanying song necessary every 3-4 min?

Its fun, but when the opponent completes a pass for 45 yds to take them out of your 5 yd line and completely kills any defensive momentum you may have had, it makes me want to throw up when they start the song again.

all joking aside, it is probably the sound of a baseball smacking someone in the face/head. /images/graemlins/tongue.gif

"Here comes Jose Mesa to the mound to face Craig Counsell."

"Renteria hits a routine ground ball to Tony Fernandez."

My college teammate took some reverse heat to the right eye. Only the nerd glasses that he was wearing saved the eye. That had to have been the worst sound i've ever heard. The thing must have been coming back through the box at at lease 120 mph. it was smoked.

Hey Cornell Fiji, I have launched fireworks at your frat house. Good times.

My vote goes to the sound of a wooden baseball bat connecting at full speed with a skull. This is not fun to witness, and probably even less fun to experience.
