kujo had limped into almost every pot and taken them down with positional bets, so I wanted to take the pot right there... of course, the BB was a problem. Should I have raised 9,9 in the first place?

Looks fine to me. I dislike both fold and limp. I'd make it 200 but thats personal taste.
