I'm new to the table, but the two villians, SB and CO both seem pretty loose/passive.

Party Poker 3/6 Hold'em (10 handed) converter (http://www.selachian.com/tools/bisonconverter/hhconverter.cgi)

Preflop: Hero is MP2 with Q/images/graemlins/diamond.gif, K/images/graemlins/heart.gif.
<font color="#666666">3 folds</font>, MP1 calls, <font color="#CC3333">Hero raises</font>, <font color="#666666">1 fold</font>, CO calls, Button calls, <font color="#CC3333">SB 3-bets</font>, <font color="#666666">1 fold</font>, MP1 folds, Hero calls, CO calls, Button calls.

Flop: (14 SB) K/images/graemlins/spade.gif, T/images/graemlins/heart.gif, 4/images/graemlins/spade.gif <font color="#0000FF">(4 players)</font>
<font color="#CC3333">SB bets</font>, <font color="#CC3333">Hero raises</font>, <font color="#CC3333">CO 3-bets</font>, Button folds, SB calls, Hero calls.

Capping sure didn't feel right and it seemed like I was way behind.

Turn: (11.50 BB) 3/images/graemlins/club.gif <font color="#0000FF">(3 players)</font>
SB checks, Hero checks, <font color="#CC3333">CO bets</font>, SB calls, Hero calls.

River: (14.50 BB) 5/images/graemlins/diamond.gif <font color="#0000FF">(3 players)</font>
<font color="#CC3333">SB bets</font>, Hero calls, CO calls.

Now SB unexpectedly bets out, the pot is big, but should I have folded fearing domination and the risk of another raise from CO?

Final Pot: 17.50 BB

It looks like you are beat, but the pot is big so I think call is the right play. If it does get raised behind you and called by the SB I think you can safely fold and save a bet.
