I have such a hard time playing AK, suited or offsuit. I think I'm definitely a life long loser with this hand.

Should I fold it after raising preflop if I don't hit an ace or king on the flop? I mean I'll get called at these microlimits so I don't see the point in betting out.

Not always, probably not usually. But in this case, you should probably check fold the flop because while normally AK is pretty decent on a QJ4 board against 2 limpers, the fact that this board is all diamonds, and that you have no diamond fucks you over. First, it ruins 3 of your 10 outs to top pair or nut straight, and even if you do hit, any diamond has a strong redraw against you.
