Please give advice, did i misplay this hand?

was playing heads-up with a friend at a five dollar buy-in home game on December 10th. He had about $11,000 to my $1000 and the blinds were $50-$100. I was in the small blind with Ks 4d. I called and the flop came down 6d 4c 3c. I decided to check it, playing with caution. The turn brought a Kc. I figured tht he had a high club and two overcards, possibly a king. I bet $400 and he called. I decided that if the river wasn't a club, that i would bet my remaining $600. The river was a 9s, so i moved all-in. He called and flipped up 6c 2c and my two-pair was busted by his flush. Did i misplay this hand?
