PP $20 limit tourney limits 100/200 i have 770 on the button. i have 99. table folds down to me. i raise to 200. SB calls. flop 10 8 4 rainbow. SB checks i bet 100 SB calls. turn 2d, 2 diamonds on board. SB checks i bet 200 SB calls. river Jh SB checks i bet 200 SB calls. SB shows KJo and i lose. someone please tell me i didn't play this hand too fast?

Your bet on the river is probably a mistake, especially in a tournament. Also, if you look at our short handed section in HPFAP you will see that your opponent didn't play his hand as badly as you think even though his turn call is questionable.
