Lets say everyone fold to you on the button. And the blinds are average players but toward the tight side. What's the minimal hand that you can steal the blind with? Please give the lowest pocket pairs, suited cards, and offsuit cards as your answer. Thanks alot.

Are they only tight preflop, or will they also play a bit too tight after? Just how tight is a little tight?

You need to ask yourself how often they will fold. If it's often enough, you can raise with any two cards.

If they are so tight that your raise will take it down most of the times, then, in principle, any two will do. Your only consideration is then, how often you will have to fold to keep them from catching up with your play. So you should still muck your completely hopeless hands (like 83o) and also some trouble hands (e.g. king-rag) which are likely dominated when you get called, but raise with pretty much anything else.

Any pair, any ace, any 2 cards 9 or higher, any 2 suited cards 8 or higher, any connector or one-gapper 54o and above, any suited 2-gapper 63s and above.
