River: (t13416) 3/images/graemlins/spade.gif (2 players, 1 all-in)

Final Pot: t13416

I know I should have folded preflop, but I didn't and once I saw the flop I gotta say I didn't think Aces were an issue an even if they are I have at least 14 outs.

Comments appreciated.

Raise first in preflop. Otherwise, don't call the raise.

Your bet on the flop is pointless. All it does is push out the hands that would pay you off. You aren't getting a better hand to fold, so unless you think somebody is going to call your bet, it is stupid. I would probably checkraise this flop all in.

It's a good example of waht can happen when you call with marginal hands pre-flop. Often times it is easy to fall in love with your hand, and lose sight of what you might really be up against.

However with that said I am probably losing all my chips in that pot too. Against Aces your fifty, fifty, and against AK your just under fifty percent to win the pot and make yourself the dominate chip leader at the table.

It was definately a tilt move. The villain this hand cracked my aces w/ a set the hand before. I went from top 15 to out in these 2 hands.

And I played on the tilt factor with the push thinking that I may get a call from a pp putting me on a steal. I guess I was right.
