AKo - bad play on the turn?

BB is unknown...I wanted to puke after this turn.

I'd think very seriously about raising the flop. If he 3-bets, call and fold the turn unimproved. If he calls and checks the turn, bet whether or not you improve. Check behind on the river if you're both still there and you haven't improved.

When the flop comes and I am bet into I go into call down mode I think. When the third spade hits on the turn I think I am only calling and would avoid the 3-bet. I am folding unimproved on the river. What do others think of this?

I think the right play is to raise the flop and then if he three bets call and fold the turn unimproved. If he just calls then bet out on the turn and if he raises here call and fold to a river bet unimproved. Just my thoughts.
