Longest ITM & OTM stretches?

After seeing zephyr's post about 17 OTM finishes, I was wondering how common this is. I have only played around 100 SnG's and my longest stretches for each is about 4-5, so I guess variance hasn't caught up with me yet (great /images/graemlins/frown.gif ).

OTM - 9
ITM - 6

I've never looked at this data before, but since this goes back to my early days, I noticed that my bad loss streaks are now fewer and shorter. Also, my 4th places have also dropped conspicuously since I started concentrating on bubble play. It's now 6th or 1st, with 1sts equaling 2nd and 3rd combined.

I think I had 10 or 12 OTM finishes. About 60% of them were may own bad play too.

After 8months of a mutliple each day I just got burnt out.

agreeing with a previous poster, i was suffering minor burnout, about half of the time i got my money in with the worst of it, the other half i had AA and lost. however I do not blame this because there were still several chances for me to win, probably.

Had a run of 12 OTM a few days ago. 10 of those I went out in the bubble. Some were inferior hands, but most I had the better hands. The next 7 I placed four 1sts and a 3rd.

Since we're on the subject, anyone want to calculate something? First, my stats from a single level:

tournaments: 95
ITM: 36.8%
longest ITM streak: 6
longest OTM streak: 10

probability of running of an ITM streak of 6 given my ITM:
0.368^6=0.0025

probability of running of an OTM streak of 10 given my ITM:
(1-0.368)^10=0.010

Both of these are easily within what I should expect for this sample size of about 100, but I can't really draw much from that. I was wondering if any more experienced players with much larger samples can see the effects of tilt show up by consistently having longer losing streaks than would be predicted from their ITM. This might be another one of my PCP-induced hallucinations, so please correct the theory where it needs it.
