I have an idea for a contest starting 2005, and am looking if you guys would be interested.
(This is a very broad post. The details will be worked out if this is approved.)
The idea is this. There will be about a few tournaments, daily, at one or possibly various sites. There will be a TLB like leaderboard based on everyone's rankings in these tournaments. (Rankings will be similar or exact to Pokerstars' TLB.) We will all pitch in an entry fee, and payout to the top few finishers in this leaderboard. No idea on what this entry fee will be yet. This contest could last a month, a few months, who knows. All up to you.
Basically, everyone puts up some entry fee. Top finishers of out leaderboard, which are the people who do best in the designated tourneys for the day, will get cash prizes. Very simple.
I am doing this because I think it would be a fun, friendly competition that would make everyone improve their game. For me, when I am not playing for much, I usually slack off, even in big tournaments.
The MTTS we would play could be Party's Supers, Stars 20k, etc etc.
