Opening drive of an NFL game between two teams with strong offenses and below-average defenses. Your team has driven to your oppenents 35 yard-line and after an incompletion on 3rd down is now facing 4th-and-9 from the 35. Your field goal kicker is old and has a weak leg so kicking a field goal is a non-option. What do you do?

You can always rely on the other team giving you 5 yards with a penalty on the punt, then kicking a field goal.
