What was Sponger thinking?

Justin A and myself met up with Sponger at Viejas on friday. He seemed to be having trouble adjusting from 8 tables to 1 and was constantly walking around and coming over to talk to us. At one poing he came over and mentioned that he had just gotten off the phone with his girlfriend. We asked him what she was up to and he said she was at home alone watching porn on HBO. I was going to get up and say somthing like well it was nice meeting you, we will have to do this again sometime, etc... But a funny thing happened, he made no movement in the direction of the exit. He simply continued to watch us for a minute and then proceeded to sit back down at his table and day dream about 80 tabling the party NL 25 games.

Does staying at the casino while your girlfriend is at home alone watching porn seem like a strange choice to anyone else /images/graemlins/confused.gif

I must say I was quite jealous of you guys having someone to talk too, and I was insanely bored of playing one hand every 2 minutes, instead of 10 hands per minute.

Also, listening to the drunk weirdo to my right talk about how he is cheating on his wife right now with the skankiest stripper in the world (who was there gambling w/ his money) was rather creepy.

I would also like to say that my girlfriend and I watch plenty of soft core porn on both HBO and cinemax, and my girlfriend was in a hotel room in LA where she was waiting to get on a flight to brazil the next morning.

Oh yea, funny side note. I went back to my parents' house tonight and apparently my Mom has been cleaning my wreck of a bedroom.

In the back of the closet she found two porno tapes, altho I don't think she realized they're porn. One has no label so it's just a blank videocassette. The other has a label and it's called "Molly B-Goode."

She also found a porno called "Designer Bodies" that I had been missing. Thanks Mom! I need to get those out of my parents' house ASAP, just in case she decides to pop them in the VCR.
