[I searched but couldn't find this, although I'm sure it's out there.]
I understand that a "raked hand" at InterPoker as defined for bonus purposes is any hand in which you were dealt cards and a rake was taken; you need not have seen the flop; and any raked hand counts for one point. But is there anywhere to see how you're doing on the bonus(es)?

There are at least a few programs that count hands at the cryptologic rooms. The one I use is 'cryptocounter'. I don't have a link, but I imagine it's easily found via google.

The new version also finds starting hands. Good to use if they are running a pocket pair promo.

Pokertracker does this all of this if you already have it.

My strategy is to play and play and play some more and then when you think you almost have enough play like 200 more.
Seriously I had to play like 770+ hands to get 450 raked.

out of 265 hands i played this weekend, there were about 225 raked....that seems really high

From my experience 1 raked hand at $1/$2 is equal to about 1.2-1.3 actual hands. Your ratio is 1.18 so that sounds right.
