I think you're beat here. That said, I would probably call down because some players would play a King with MP1's line. Folding wouldn't be wrong though IMO.

Against typical opponents, I would have attempted a checkraise on this turn, planning to fold to a 3-bet. Your fold appears fine given that the flop caller suddenly came alive on the turn.
