Tournament

I was at my first ever Texas Hold'em tournament two weeks ago, and it was awesome. We had 19 people playing and three tables going. I made it to the last two tables and i lost. Not bad for my first time I would say because i only knew three people there. I want to know about starting my own tournament. Is there a website or tournament rules and how the payouts usually work, and after so many rounds how the stakes change. Any information like this would be helpful. email me at aromeo3@hotmail.com.

I would say that it would probably be better to play in a few more tournaments before starting your own as then you will understand much more about how tournaments work and why they are structured as they are. I'm sorry I can't help you with a web resource for running your own but keep looking it must be out there somewhere !
