Can't you send them copies of those things? Although it's not an industry standard, Prima skins seem to do this.

I'll help you out and tell you what to do. Send them the scanned documents that they asked for and they'll unlock your account and continue to let you play there. Unless of course you have something to hide, in that case you're probably out $20, no biggie.

no i dont have anything to hide i am just not thrilled with the idea of sending the documents-other sites have never asked for them that's all

you will have to send those items - that's their system

you may have been locked out because you have a different account at another Prima poker site, even if, incredibly (in my opinion), it is a play-money account - your details at each site, including your playing name, have to be the same

Prima locked me out of both TGC and RVP because i had set up a play-money account at RVP with obviously fictitious details, (1 The Street, Anytown), except for my e-mail address, a long time ago for test and practice purposes, long before i had any intention of playing there for real money

as soon as i explained what had happened to TGC, TGC were able to get Prima to unlock my account within a few hours

You are either:

1. Under age
2. Illegal Alien.
3. Lied on your application form.

A lot of casinos and poker rooms ask for ID verification. It's common. If you don't send it, they WILL keep your money.

I had to do this for Empire poker as well.
I just faxed them a copy of my documents and I was back in the game.

TheGamingClubPoker will also refund you all expenses that you had (if any) sending the documents in.
