The study does not treat abstinence based programs nor inclusive sex education programs as an independent variable so it is not logical to draw any conclusions about the effectiveness of various types of sex education programs. The only conclusion we can draw from this study is that teens are having less sex and when they do have sex they are using contraceptives.
