Yep. They are basically saying, "you aren't dead yet, so you still have the chance to validate your occupation of the planet by demonstrating your credit power and buying a Toyota Camry for $70,000."

They need a new schtick. These commercials were old last year... and the year before...

I also like their use of British accents in all their commercials. And by "like", I mean I completely despise it and think it's incredibly phony.

I think I am less likely to buy a product if I see an ad for it.

Somehow the lexus ads haven't really phased me (then again I mainly only watch (listen to) the 80's digital music chanel, adult swim, scrubs, MXC, and 2.5 men, so I probably haven't been too exposed to it.)

The comercials that irk me most, both on television and radio, are jewelry ads, and it is not close.
