Thanks for the heads up. For people wondering if they can do both the monthly match and the 20% match at the same time, the T&C says:

So it looks like you can stack the bonuses, but you'll have to make 2 separate deposits. The 20% is a 10x bonus in raked hands, so to get the $50 you need to play 500 raked hands.

Definitely do not try to deposit until you get a message that the bonus code has qualified you for the bonus. The bonus code worked for me the first time I tried to "apply" it, and the bonus showed when I made the deposit.

The $10 Free promo is pretty weak. Play 200 hands for $10...sounds more like that promo where Empire puts $10 in your account for 300 hands.

Error message comes up after you click the apply button. If you choose your deposit option, the deposit bonus code area disappears.

I called support this morning after I made a $250 deposit and the bonus hadn't shown up. The rep I talked to said that a lot of people were having the same problem and to send them an e-mail after I had played the requisite number of hands and that they'd credit my account. Not the most reassuring answer, but I didn't press him.

You enter the bonus code and click the "apply" button. If it works correctly, you will get a pop-up that says:

"Submitted bonus code has qualified you for our promotional offer"

Most people seem to not be getting this message, but I got it.

After you get the "qualified" message, you deposit the money. I wouldn't deposit until you get the correct message, the terms say it works only on your first deposit of the day.

These two statements are contradictory. Since their bonus system is automated, and this is their first bonus using codes, they need to have all the kinks worked out or they will be having some serious CR issues today.

Re-read it. It says the first deposit today. You put the emphasis on the wrong word. The T&C (if you had read those) state that this is separate from the monthly bonus and if you haven't made that deposit yet that this deposit applies to that first.

It appears that people who are making their second deposit today and are following the T and Cs, which I did read, aren't being credited with the second bonus.
