if he raises a reasonable amount of hands, then there are a ton of semi-bluff hands he could have here. on the other hand, with QJT on the board, he can't usually be expecting you to fold. just like those situations that often arrise with overpairs, where if you call the turn, you have a chance to catch up, you could improve to the winner here if behind, which will usually give you the winner if you aren't ahead already.
