Kevin got fired first, and almost immediately after they entered the boardroom. Then after a prolonged shouting match Trump stepped in and fired Sandy. The 4 interviewers couldn't get enough of Kelly.

I think it's a given for Kelly to win this. I wrote about this on my blog today :

Knowing how TV loves its suspense, I figured if Jennifer were to have ANY chance at all, they would put her down at every chance they could in this weeks episode. Then, when she won next week, it would be this huge shocker that she came in as such an underdog and won the job. That's not what happened though. The show from what I saw tried bringing Kelly's quality of work down to Jennifer's level. They tried to make the field look even and it was anyone's job to win. I feel very confident that I can say congrats to Kelly at this point!
