When I am in the BB and there is a raise and folded to me; I will play the following hands depending on who raised.
Rock (5%) 55 AJs KQs QJs T9s AQ (8.1%)
Tight (10%) 22 A2s K8s Q9s 98s T8s AT KT QT JT (22.5%)
Loose (20%) 22 A2s K2s Q8s 65s 75s J8s A2 K9 Q9 T9 (37.6%)
Steal (30%) 22 A2s K2s Q7s 43s 53s T7s A2 K8 Q8 98 (44.5%)
So if someone raises with only 5% of his hands in this situation I will play very tightly (only 8.1% of my hands).
If I am against an aggressive player who is in steal position who raises with approximately 30% of his hands I will play about 44% of my hands.
I will re-raise with my better hands, the % will depend on who the raiser is. I guess I will re-raise with about 15% of my hands against a steal raise (about 1/3 of the hands I will defend with).
So my questions are:
Are these hands reasonable?
Do I adjust my hands enough for who the raiser is? (Too much?)
If the SB also calls, how much tighter must I play against a steal raise? (Assuming the SB is a slightly loose passive player.)
