$5-$10 Hold'em Greektown casino Detroit.

Very loose and soft game had turned very loose and aggressive(at least preflop) in the last hour. I am not sure where this post belongs so bear with me...

Hero is CO with 8 /images/graemlins/diamond.gif6 /images/graemlins/diamond.gif.

Preflop: 4 limpers,2 folds,Hero calls, button calls,SB folds,BB raises...this winds up getting capped preflop and somehow I find myself in a 7 handed pot. The third bet and cap came from maniacs. The raise by BB could have been anything as he was a decent player.

Flop(7 players/28 SB): K /images/graemlins/diamond.gifQ /images/graemlins/spade.gif6 /images/graemlins/club.gif.
BB bets and all but two call to button who raises and all call.

Turn(5 players/19 BB): 2 /images/graemlins/diamond.gif.
Checked to button who bets and all call.

I am thinking how did I get myself into this mess, but then thinking I could be about to take down a HUGE pot if a 6 or a /images/graemlins/diamond.giffalls on the river!

River(5 players/24 BB): Q /images/graemlins/club.gif.
Checked to button who bets, folded to Hero who...

Okay so I am in my 9th or 10th hour in this game. Getting a little mind numb. The button in this hand joined the game about three hours ago. He had played in two "lightning round" no-limit one table tourneys and came in second in one. Then he went to the cash no-limit game and blew the money($300). He told us he was back home in the $5-$10 game to "rebuild" and yada yada yada you know the type. He was obviously a losing player and his chatter was helping send me into the land of the mind-numb.

I post this hand to make doubly sure I never forget what I did in this spot. You can help by responding or kicking.

I guess you folded in a monstrous pot, headsup, for one bet. Your opponent showed AJ, AT, JT, or J9.

I thought this was amusing. I hate it when this sh*% happens...

Flop: For 6.5 outs you have the odds to call this

Turn: This is actually a good card for you, easy call

River: This is confusing...but the pot is enormous and you labeled the button as a chump. There's a good chance you're beat here and I fold, but everyone folded to you and its HU for a giant pot. There is a miniscule chance you're good 1/25 times. I'd probably make a bad call here and look him up, but I'm guessing you folded and he showed off a worse hand.

"I can't call" actually passed my lips as I tossed my cards in and the villain showed down 3 /images/graemlins/spade.gif4 /images/graemlins/spade.gif. Disgusting in that he not only bluffed, he had the worst hand possible! EOM. /images/graemlins/mad.gif
