Party vs Empire, where are the worst SnG players?

Any difference between the two sites in terms of player quality?

And one question, how do I sign up for both? Do I need 2 different screennames or just one? When I tried to use my Party name at Empire it said it was already taken.

Empire is a "skin" for Party, meaning its the same exact players in the SNG's, and ring games. Only thing different is the tournaments.

Hmmm, so the only reason to play Empire over Party is because you like the color better or you get a better rakeback/bonus deal or you want to play more than 4 tables at once?
