SB checks, Hero bets. Everyone but SB calls.

Hero fires again, called by both remaining players.

Hero checks, a bet, a call, Hero ??

Is a call a clear mistake? What about betting out here and folding to a raise? Other lines for the hand in general?

i would bet out or check/fold.

I bet out and fold to a raise. There's a good chance at Pacific 3/6 that at least one of the players have something rediculous like K4. Maybe they both do.
