SB and BB stats

What is an acceptable BB/100 rate for the SB and BB positions? My own stats are just horrible and I would appreciate any advice on my blind play (ie. fold too much, too little, playing too many hands, etc.)

BB: BB/hand (0.27)
VPIP% 22.6%
Win% 17.03%
WSF% 25.83%
WentSD% 26.61%
WonSD% 46.59%
pfr% 6.60%

SB: BB/hand (0.16)
VPIP% 35.07%
Win% 11.93%
WSF% 31.6%
WentSD% 28.94%
WonSD% 50.8%
pfr% 9.94%
