Another Bum question...

If you HAD to be a bum, where would you live and why?

I'm from San Diego and I don't understand being homeless and living in New York or the Pacific Northwest. It's cold and rainy or snowing, etc. If i was homeless I would do anything I could to get to Southern California- you get the beach, better weather, etc.

hahaha.. isn't there a joke about this? like, why does NYC have any bums at all? they can just walk a little bit each day until they get down south. haha.. like birds flying south for winter.
