#1 I only like the raise here if :

the blinds are tight AND the limper is loose and/or weak posflop.

After the flop though its pretty standard, take a shot at it with only 2 others, call 1 SB with gutshot and overcard...then fold turn

#2

I like PF raise, but it'd be nice to have some type of read or notes on button to play the rest of the hand. I don't like the turn CR though vs. an unknown. I'd either check/call or bet/cal. (maybe even bet/fold if you know button to be very passive) The best way play it though depends a lot on how tight button is PF, so that you can put him on a range he'd coldcall with. and it also depends on how aggressive he is postflop

Absent of reads, and assuming the guy isn't throwing chips on the table, I'd be likely to fold the turn in hand #2. Hand #1 seems pretty standard, but your read has to be pretty solid on the guy.
