poker stars crashes during tournament at 12:30

get reconnected with 280 chips left like 11 hands later. this happened to a friend of mine a while back i was wondering if they refund your fee or its just hard luck. kinda of a lame way to go out after playing for three hours.

It didn't crash. A lot of players disconnected for a minute or two and many other did not. Looked like some major router in between went down.
