I love fruitcake. It's one of my favorite foods, but I almost never get one. /images/graemlins/frown.gif

I'm not a fan. Give me apple pie or strawberry shortcake.

Fruitcake is a Christmas cliche but I've never even seen one, never known anybody that has gotten one or heard of anybody giving them.

the funniest thing about this poll is everybody said they don't get one or by one but they all voted what they do with them

I get some fruit cake every year. My mother makes one and sends pieces to everyone for Christmas.

There's nothing funny about that. Both polls are worded such that I was able to choose both "No" and "Eat it". Reading comprehension does wonders.

My mother now bakes one large one and a couple of smaller ones, which owrks out well for me as i eat most of the large on when i am home for Chrismass.... and then i take a small one with me /images/graemlins/smile.gif.

Fruitcakes in the kitchen
Fruitcakes on the street
Struttin' naked through the cross walk
In the middle of the week

Half baked cookies in the oven
Half baked people on the bus
There's a little bit of fruitcake left in everyone of us

Didn't mean to imply you were stupid or anything with that last comment. More to throw your "the funniest part about this is..." back at you. When you imply you find my "mistake" so blatant and stupid that you laugh at the fact that I even made it, you should be sure it's not you whose mistaken. Maybe I'm just really sleepy. I've been up for 20 hours now. I'm going to bed.
