If he's going to keep betting and is likely bluffing; c/r the river.

Depends a little on the range of hands Taz would 3-bet preflop with. If he is a complete maniac on all streets, I'd probably go for the turn check-raise and lead from there. Most of the time you'll take the pot down with TPTK here...

I agree. If he's maniacal, go for turn c/r, and lead river.
