BB is a calling station that everyone at the table has been pummeling with value bets. He's loose and just calls. His betting out on the turn here is the first "offensive" move I've seen him make in about 3 orbits.
Party 2/4

CO posts a blind of $2.
Everyone folds to the CO who checks.
I raise.
SB folds, BB calls, CO folds.
Headsup to the flop for 5.5 SB's.
8/images/graemlins/spade.gif 7/images/graemlins/club.gif T/images/graemlins/club.gif
SB checks, I bet, SB calls.
Turn (3.5 BB's): 4/images/graemlins/heart.gif
SB bets.
What do you think is the most prudent course of action from here on out?
