PP messing up SH HH's?

I've been looking at my hand histories and i have noticed that on a lot of them that the button is in the wrong spot. Sometimes the HH will say that the button is on a seat where there is no one sitting. Has anyone else noticed this? Also, pokertracker seems to put the button in the right place, does it go off of the blinds or something?

Before you hit "convert" in bison's hand converter, you need to change the seat of the button in the HH.
Party poker will use seat #1-6 for shorthanded, so you will need to change seat 2 to seat 3, 3 to 5, 4 to 6, 5 to 8, and 6 to 10.
