Top 2 pair, get CR by 2 people on turn, fold?

UTG+2 is a TAG
MP1 is loose passive pf (32/3), but plays fairly aggressively postflop.

I'm pretty sure I'm looking at QJ from someone here. I really wanted to fold this, but I have 4 (maybe) outs here. I can see UTG+2 raising with 2 pair in this spot so maybe I don't have a full 4 outs. If UTG+2 has QJ, then I'm looking at a cap. Is this enough to fold?

You're not ahead here, you're getting 7.5:1 with a 4-outer, and it seems likely that at least one of your outs is in an opponent's hand. Easy fold.
