problem with Caribbean Sun bonus

I can't seem to clear the bonus, 250 raked hands, and I don't understand why. I've played over 1000 hands there and I've spoken with customer service and emailed the website but they are no help what so ever. Also checked the archives at two plus two and the only thing I could find was a post saying that there was a glitch in the Ecash software and if I was to redeposit and play some more raked hands the problem would correct itself. Well tried that too and no luck. One strange thing is that my bonus account is more than what it is suppose to be. Anyone else have this problem?

This month I got it after more than 250 raked hands - it took probably even more than 300 raked hands. Something is malfuctioning at their side or they've changed rules without updating info at site.

I'm having sort of a similar problem with the TotalBet casino bonus. I've definitely played more than the required playthrough, but ECash Direct still shows my withdrawable balance as less than my total balance (the difference is the casino bonus plus what I won(!) at blackjack). I tried logging out of the software completely and coming back, but no change. If the Car Sun rep told you it was a problem with eCash, maybe this is all part of the same thing. I'm going to wait a day or so and see if it eventually registers.

As a follow-up on the TotalBet casino bonus, it turns out that they increased the playthrough requirement to 40 times bonus.
I played some more, and it showed up as cleared.
