Ive played hundreds of SNGs, but until i encountered this site i have never kept records or even thought about calculating ROI....i know this is a inadequate sample size but im just trying to make sure im calculating it right.
my last five SNGs(10+1) have gone like this
1 1st
1 2nd
2 3rd
1 loss......given this info how do i calculate ROI.....the number i came up with was 16% but that seems low at a 80ITM%

(Net profit / entry fees) * 100

(Net Profit/Entry Fees)
((1*50)+(1*30)+(2*20))/(5*11) = 120/55 = 2.18 = 218%
So your ROI is 218%. Of course your sample size is a touch small, but I'd still say this number is probably correct to +/- 25%. So at the worst that's 218-25= 193%.
So you should expect 1.93*$11 = $21.23/tourney.
Good luck,

Yeah zephy you were right you just forgot to use net profit. You used total winnings instead.
((50+30+40-55)/(55))*100=118.18%
Sample size is wayy too small to make any kind of guess at all. Thats like saying if he had won all of them you could be 25% sure he would never lose one.
