KK hand... some help with the basics please...

I'm new to limit hold em and would like pointers on this hand. Especially when UTG+1 comes alive on the turn.

Any advice appreciated.

I play this the same way. The three bet on the turn has me slowing down but not folding. You're likely behind two pair or a set but he could be overplaying a flush or straight draw. I'm calling the river in hopes that the 6 counterfitted his two pair.
